More than I've been getting. I'd say eight hours a night is ideal. Hopefully, I'll be able to make my ideal a reality with the new academic quarter beginning on Monday; I predict I'll be much happier if I do.

I can function on 5 or 6 but I'm much happier with about 9. If I get less than 4 hours of sleep I put myself at risk for zee crazies. :bom:

I would prefer to get 9-10 hours of sleep, but that only happens on weekends when I'm at home. Getting so much work from college, and getting up at 6:00am every morning to go to college...

More than I'm getting.

Typically whenever I wake up, I don't feel bright-eyed & bushy-tailed. When I can, I just lie awake in bed until I sort of feel awake and then finally get out of bed. If I get out of bed earlier then that, I'm walking around like a zombie all day.

Between 8 and 10, which is more than the 6-7 I'm getting these days.

I probably need about 8, but I usually get about 5 or 6.

Which is likely the reason why I feel so knackered all the time...

To be well and in order to function fully I need about 8 to 9 hours sleep. I have no such luck on school days though, I only ever get to sleep between 5 to 6 hours, because I have to get up at 6:15am.

I now require 8 hours/night... used to get by with 7, but I'm older now...

I only work 3 days/week, and on the other four I'm likely to sleep 10 hours, with a "wake break" at 6:45 to feed the squirrels and bluejays...

Six hours in the summer, and 9 hours in the winter.

I can get by on 9 hours, but come the weeked I will sleep 17 hours to catch up.

Its getting though I dont like being awake anymore, I dont feel the pysical pain and the emotional lonliness when Iam asleep, so when I wake up Iam wishing I was tier and could go back to sleep.
Especially in the cold of winter.

About 12 is pretty good for me. Sometimes I like to sleep longer. Sometimes a couple hours less.
