Here in oklahoma we have brown gravy that is made with beef broth and a little corn starch, and white gravy, which is made of sausage drippings, flour and milk. stir stir stir. Add sausage and serve over two hot biscuits. mmmm. brown gravy is great with roasts and hearty meats. the white gravy is good with chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes.
