I've had dreams where I was flying through space, either exploring, or going to/through heaven. I don't recall any flying dreams on earth.

My favorite dreams were the ones I could jump or bounce high. Usually it'd be like moon jumping, with low gravity. In them I'd jump indoors up to a corner of the ceiling and kind of cling there while my brothers were trying to grab me, then I'd float down, and bounce back up, rinse repeat. I'd also bounce around outside, hopping over telephone poles, bounding over houses, etc.

I can fly in most dreams and immune to bullets too, not arrows, fists or swords though and many foe seem to have an exceptional high reach. Sometime the people in my dreams are amazed about my skills other times they don’t give a flying toss.

Me too. I can't count the number of tornado dreams I've had, but I can't go more than a month without having one. I'm fascinated by the weather but terrified of severe storms and tornadoes. Here in the southern U.S., spring is upon us again, and there are tornado watchboxes all over the place. I'm terrified right now, but they say that the worst of it won't hit until the middle of the night, which I hate. Nothing worse than a tornado in the darkness....[/quote]

I have tornado/flying dreams too! They fascinate/terrify me too. I've never seen one. I used to dream that one would hit the horse pasture next door, and one day one did! I was at work at the time so I missed it. I didn't have any for a while after that but now I am having them again (and I live in a trailer park :( ).

Yes, but they're rare and spaced out far in between.

I've had a few of them..but there was one i used to have as a kid that was so realistic that i can still remember it to this day..It was more of a reverse gravity thing though. With the ceiling of the house acting as a moving sidewalk..I would go from the third floor, down the staircase, and down the back hallway..In total silence, and i was not in control!

I dont have that many flying dreams, mostly bouncing. I dream that i can jump really far and high. like a moon bounce, but with more control and slower. Its a great sensation.

Does anyone have ocean dreams? I have them quite often where i am either in a boat on a blue ocean teeming with octopus, sharks, and other mysterious and swimmy beasties. Sometimes i will dream that i can breathe underwater and that i have an entire olympic sized swimming pool all to myself. The water is always clear and i can see all the way to the bottom in any scenario.

THat and old houses and buildings. I dream i am in ghost towns and in cavernous basements that appear to have no bottom. I am never brave enough to go down into the dark spots.

But my favorites are the giganic fruit dreams. I walk into a garden and find a plant with blueberries the size of tomatoes and some kind of pink fruit you peel with white segments like an orange. I love those kind of sensory dreams like that.

I'm terrified of the ocean in my dreams. The water is always vast, deep and dark... I always feel a horrible fear of what could be lurking beneath the surface. I know that I am dreaming and that in my mind I will manifest huge leviathans; sharks and octopi that will drag me down to the depths. I try to jump out and fly away, but the water rises every time I try to escape. I hate those dreams. :(

In the writers version of the movie Starship Troopers the soldiers had suits that could do that...The inside skin of the suit was constructed of millions of tiny sensors that would read muscle input and assist in strength..Which made jumping ten meters easy to the user..and when the user pushed really hard the suit would enable the backpack jet pack to mutilpy the effect as well....It was such a cool tech idea that it really dissapointed me that they didn't incorporate them into the movie.
