well. I've been obsessed with bunnays for awhile now. so yesterday, I decided i would walk down to the library, to see if I could walk that far. but I gotconfused, and my mom wound up driving all the way down the the little petshop. so, I went in, long story short, I had cash for once, they were mean to bunny, so I bought him, and walked all the way home with him in my purse.

my mom was pretty mad. but now i have a bunny. he's little, with white fur, black spots and goldish brown ears.

Pics will come soon. I named him pixel.

He is a dwarf Bunny and I don't know how old he is. I think he is a baby.

anyone else have a bunny?!

I think it's great that you have a bunny. :)
Where is he going to be living? Will he be in a hutch outside or inside the house?

I have bunnies as well. Here are pictures of them...

This is Flip. 3 and a half year old male lop.

This is Patch. 1 and a half year old female dwarf.

Ooo. I like those! the first one especially. He's going to be living inside. He has a basket in my bedroom, (I know, not really suitable) until I get him something better. He really has only been going in there to sleep at night, and get food and stuff during the day. He hates to be left there. he wants to go exploring.

Patch looks like the rabbit that's been running loose in my backyard. We're trying to catch it because there's lost signs up for it.

Very nice bunny, plus, pixel is a great name! . We have two bunnies and they are very adorable.
The Prof had a lot of good advice, and there is a ton of excellent info on rabbit web sites. Here is a good one

Your bunnies are beautiful.

I've been thinking of getting a house bunny but I worry that it might chew through the cables, also I don't want rabbit poo everywhere, can they really be house trained?

Of course!
They can be trained to go to the toilet in a litter box, just like a cat.
There is a pet store near by my house that house trains their rabbits before they are sold.

As for cables, I think you'll just have to tie them up somewhere out of reach...as chewing is just what rabbits do.

Lovely. Although I'm not too much of a bunny fan, good for you. =)

congrats!
I have a pet bunny for a while now, her name is amber may, she's a dwarf rabbit, amber collored with brown spots, and a big black spot on her nose, we used to have two, her, and ebony june, but ebony died (she got a big gas bubble in her stomach and it turns out bunnies can't burp or fart) but we still have amber, she is growing really fat now, and we were almost sure she would be snake dinner soon if we hadn't bought her (she was really small then)
how did the name pixel come about?
my mmom had a cat named pixel, but she named it after a cat in a book by Rober Heinlein.
when you are litter training your bunny, put some of her hay in her litter box, that's what we do, because our rabbit just likes to poop where she sits (normally while she's eating)
and be really careful about cords, ebony once fried a really old computer by chewing through the cords,
you should see my laptop cord, there is electrical tape covering up holes everywhere!
oh, and amber has a taste for homework (no kidding)
