i love, shark,spuid and ostrich...

Boudain, it's a hot and spicy type of Cajun Rolls. I don't find any stores that make them at all. My dad had to ask around and found people who made them. Rare to find Cajun people.
If anyone knows what I'm talking about or knows anyone who can make them, pm or email me. The ppl I had cooking them have a busy schedule. I'll become a regular customer and be willing to pay if you know how to make em'.

Calamarri or (I don't know how to spell it) made from squid and fried. Yeah I didn't know what it was and I loved it till I found how what it was made from. Now, I don't care, they're good.

Soushi Rolls all though I'm not into the real stuff, does that count?

Anyone else got recommendations for flavorful and hot foods?

^ Dol Sot Bibim Bap, which is Korean. It is a mixture of fresh vegetables and meat (optional) over a thick layer of rice, served in a blazing hot stone pot. The rice forms a brown crunchy crust on the bottom. Just before it is served, a raw egg is cracked over the top.

At the table, you add thick, delicious red *hot* sauce to your taste, and mix the whole thing together with a soup spoon. The raw egg cooks into the hot mixture.

Then you eat it with chopsticks

Octopus, squid, shark, snails, raw salmon (I love sushi)....I am a big fan of seafood actully (except for scallops). My fiance thinks it's weird that I like tofu.....I have also had kangaroo, but had a bad allergic reaction to it....so I'm not a fan.

Yeah, when I get the Bibim Bap (pictured above), I have them leave out the meat, because otherwise I am very aware of the corpse-ness of the dish

I once sent off for something that I didn't really know what it was, other than some sort of info packet. What came back to me in the mail was info from PETA.

I can't even THINK of that organization while I eat a meal or I get sick. It was HORRIFYING how graphic their stuff is. I just get pictures in my head of their shock-mongering.

But I laugh when all 2 protesters stand outside the KFC by my house.

All this talk of cephalopods reminds me of something I thought of before. If I owned a chain of sushi resaurants, one of the sushi rolls available would contain squid and octopus.
I would call it the "Cthulhu Roll"

I love squid, and escargots, there are a few thinks I won't touch, tête de veau which is calf's face, rolled up and tied, heres the graphic picture, its all gelatinous and disgusting

I like pickled herring.

Wow, that is impressively revolting

I saw an episode of A Cooks Tour where Anthony Bourdain tried to eat that gloppy mess, he was hiding
it in napkins and I think in a plant pot, it was so funny when the proud chef came to meet him at his table
