I love it! It is fabulous!

Please do Gram for me. Dear old Ingram Connor, may he rest in peace.

Here's a larger version of the photo. I think he's at Altamont.

Actually, I could find a pic of him that would be funnier to deface, hehehe . . .

All due respect to the dead of course.

Yeah, I rely on YouTube for the same thing daily.

This is my favorite video (and one of my favorite songs):

but I think this is where my avatar comes from:

1960's crowd shots are interesting.

And after all that, I'll probably change by avatar again soon.

To much hippy goodness.

How about we contrast things with a bit of Max Cavalera. :P

Yeah, I'm not a hippie at all. I'm a punk country-rocker goth (try to imagine that, hehehe).

My first avatar here on WP was Stiv Bators, this pic:

I love Stiv, and even have a tattoo in his honor, but I want an avatar that looks happy or funny and will be recognized by some members. So many people here have extremely sad emotional avatars, or really obscure ones.

I'd do one of those "which new avatar?" polls, but those are not my style. 8)

I wonder if you could have thrash country. :chin:

I might start a band up, we could use a guitarist.

I'll have ago at the vocals, I don't know if my voice will last though.

Yes, it's called "Hard-Corn" - invented by The Hickoids in the 80's. It's a sub-genre of cow-punk which is a sub-genre of punk which is a sub-genre of rock and roll. Just to be technical. Bands like The Dead Milkmen and the Butthole Surfers were inspired by The Hickoids and their hardcorn.

Here's some Hockoids footage from about 1989, although none of the stuff on YouTube really does them justice. Nevermind the confederate flag in the background - it belongs to the venue.

They got back together recently, but half the original members are dead so it's kind of a different band. The singer lives in San Antonio now, has a record label, and is a friend of my friends there. He's a really nice guy - does a lot to help out the scene and the younger bands.

This what they're doing now (still performing old songs):

Hey I love them, it's awsome when you mix up different sorts of music.

This has to be one of my favorite songs, death metal mixed with native indian music.

It works well
