I love older cartoons and at times the Yogi Bear Christmas special is on Cartoon Network (during Christmas) and I watch it.) I also remember watching Top Cat,Underdog etc. when they were shown on Cartoon Network in the 90's (they were shows that were before the 90's but Cartoon Network showed them) Now though it's all about stuff from todays era!!) :-( I also remember some of the Nick shows from my own childhood but now over HALF the airings IS SPONGEBOB!! !! !! !!

I fancy items from before the1960s - especially the clothing styles. I wish women today wore patterned swing skirts, shirt-dresses, etc - clothes that were popular before the hippy era.

I love 'hot jazz' from the 20s-30s.

One of my favorite animated movies is The Jungle Book.

Love silent movies too. Just about any early film gets my attention (although I really don't endulge in watching visual/TV/films much anymore).

I just picked up a vacuum tube shortwave radio at a garage sale, and am fixing it up nice to use again. I had one when I was like 13 and miss it. Fortunately, unlike most modern electronics, they are fairly easy to repair.

Also like the music from the 60s through 80s.

Occasionally I see things like toys (the safe ones, no Jarts etc), games , even breakfast cereal come back. It seems many that grew up in the 50s-70s are looking for this.

I remember when Lincoln Logs were really made out of wood! :D

My son was born in 1986, and it was a lot of fun to sit with him while -- through the magic of Nickelodeon, Disney reissues and the mighty VCR -- HE enjoyed movies and shows I used to watch when I was a kid.
