I hate it when that happens.

I slept for a ridiculous 12 hours on the weekend. 8O

I woke up before 7am, lots of thunders and rain, the windows where trembling. Anyway, getting so early broke my rutine, so I went to the kitchen to eat some cereal, then I turned on the tv and browse the internets. I slept like an hour and woke up at 2pm, it was my mom and dad calling, they live out of town.
After that I went out to eat some ceviche :D
and after that back to sleep again, at 6pm.
I woke up at 11pm, thinking it was already monday morning :?

It's 2am and of course I'm wide awake 8O

I've done that so many times. Good for you that you ate ceviche and not nachos drenched in gooey cheese with guacamole and sour cream, which is what I crave in the middle of the night. :P

 Damn, now I have a craving for nachos, thanks michel :(
:P

My boyfriend sleeps all day but he has been getting up earlier just to be with me. I have complained to him how we can't do anything together because he is always sleeping late.

I hope we can go to the zoo tomorrow depending on the weather.

Awww :)

Lot's of food can make you tired too. I notice if I eat icecream or something rich I get sleepy that's why I have to be careful since I can be rather slothful...in hopes that I've killed this thread.

there is no way back you are now a creature of the night. You will never get your sleep patterns back to normal. NEVER!!

Maybe you should consider becoming a vampire or something. :chin:

I've always wondered why I could never fully become diurnal. This must be what happens when you spend one too many nights at the computer insistent on finishing what you've started. Oh well... Once daylight saving time ends all will be right in my world.

Coincidentally, the day daylight saving time ends in the U.S. is also the day of the dead according to my calendar. 8O

Oh, the horrors of a broken sleep pattern.
I still have trouble keeping mine in order.

Then too, when I get sleep deprived, I attempt to make up for it and sleep a full day, and have to force myself not too.

Stupid aspie sleep problems.
T__T

I'd attempt to ease back into it.
Inch back a half an hour a night.
Sometimes that works.

Here is what I did yesterday. I woke up at 7:30, stayed in bed awake for an hour, ate breakfast, went out and did some much needed grocery shopping, at lunch at about 1 pm. Got sleepy at around 3:30 pm (yes in the daytime) and went to bed until 10 am this morning. I normally like to get up early and go to bed early but I was really sleepy for some reason.
