I'm having that problem right now =/

Even worse is when your bangs are long enough to cover your eyes, but too short to keep out of the way...especially that week or so when they're just the right length to poke you right in the eyeball :x

The ear thing's really got me tempted to buzz my hair, but I'd kind of like to grow it out again :?

just a tip

Well my nails grow quite fast, but I dont think my hair grows incredibly fast though, it might but it turns into curls so my hair is usualy longer then it looks. I do know that my hair like my nails is tougher then normal though, people usualy have a bit of a hard time cutting it, I always thought that maybe it was my body trying to protect itself from getting trimmed, my mum often compares my hair to wool.

I used to keep my hair long for 4 years without cutting until I was 19 and preparing for my matura exam. One day a thought called "I want to have my hair cut now" suddenly appeared in my head out of the blue and I followed this new thought instantly.

When next day I went to school with my new short hairstyle, girls from my class having met me, looked at me literally as if they had just seen a ghost because here's a superstition according to which if you cut your hair less than 100 days before your matura, you'll fail for sure. Lol. As if we were living in the Middle Ages 8O :? .

my experience as a girl with short hair
I had been talking about cutting my hair, but was still not sure about it. Then, I was running the 5k at regoinals and my hair felt heavy in its ponytails and I was like, 'okay, it's gonna' go before the 10k". So I had it cut really short. Everyone I knew liked it, but this one guy just happened to comment that he prefers women with long hair. I was put off at that comment because a) I don't even want to know what kind of women he prefers, b) it's in bad taste to say that at that moment, c) then he saved himself and said "short hair is nice too", good one.
so I kept it short to spite all men like him.

I like to let mine grow out until I look like Albert Einstein. But TM hates that, so it's off to the barber to get a trim. Which I hate, having to make small talk while I get scissored. Does make me look respectable and all that, but I detest haircuts.
