What if hypothetically, the only way I could feel happiness or, at the very least, less miserable, was to kill people? What would you recommend? Suicide? It's not a matter of doing it because you can't resist; "I can't resist eating that chocolate ice cream in the refrigerator!", it's a matter of doing it to bring some amount of joy into your life. I know, everyone has the right to live, whatever you're going to say, but when I feel utterly miserable, the worst I can possibly fathom feeling, I would do anything to feel even the slightest bit better.

I'd advise you to go watch some "Dexter"

I've actually been moderately interested in watching that for a while.

Seriously you should see a shrink and get on some good antipsychotic meds.

Homocidal mania must be treated before all hell breaks loose.

I'd suggest FPS games but that didn't help at all in Columbine.

Everybody has that "power", if you think about it. It's the weak ones that choose to kill.

Everybody has the potential to have that power, but many people don't accept it. I find it hard to believe that everybody here thinks all killers are weakminded people.

I would never murder because I do not want to be murdered my self. Though my position on this topic is more complex than that. I could never feel satisfaction or pleasure from killing another being. I could only take anothers life if all other options at defence had been exhausted.

That's one of the drawbacks of being a killer. You can't complain about being attacked yourself. I hate it when people use stuff like that as an excuse though. "How would you like it if someone killed you? How would you like it if someone stole your car? (though I can't stand theft)" It's simple: I accept the fact that I have no right to complain about having done unto me what I have done unto others.

I haven't killed anyone. I'm not a violent person. I've never even been in a fight.
