Actually it's two parts edited together, the jump and the surfer. Here's more info about the jump:

They should do tests to see what the maximum altitude is before you begin to burn in the atmosphere, and then they should drop someone right below that line. It would be the unbeatable record, unless someone comes up with some sort of shielding.
