Uh, RaceDrv709, you're getting a little too riled up.. I simply said that I dislike Nickelback. I don't see how it was a rude post. Am I not allowed to dislike them, just because you happen to like them..? I'm sure they (Nickelback) are super guys and all, but their music doesn't appeal to me. I don't see anyone "bashing" them here.

Why apologize, a hell of a lot of people from Nickelbacks home province can't stand the group, and they are not the nicest guys according to some people in the local music scene, they are arrogant to the fans they do have, and behave like a bunch of drunken frat boys at spring break.

I agree with nodice1996, anything written up to 15 years ago is crap. I enjoy listening to 80s hard rock the most.

i had to look up taylor swift. she's that tear drops on my guitar person. they are all annoying. i was on youtube and saw a new video by britney spears called womanizer. i must say that she looked pretty in the preview picture. yeah, everyone of those mainstreamers are pretty.
i'm sure the song is catchy and annoying as hell. that's probably all the song has going for it. i'm going to take a wild guess that she didn't even write the lyrics or compose the music.
all of the people in that list are annoying. every little disney channel star is annoying. i was in barnes and noble with my brother and he was sampling some music. i snuck up to him and quickly swiped a demi levato cd on the sampler he was using. he started shaking his head rhythmically and dancing around. he took off his headphones and told me that if he were to ever be tortured then that would be the music he'd choose. that's how i feel about new mainstream garbage. even viva la vida got pretty annoying after a while. coldplay is a good band and all but they need to turn down the commercialization in america. also, learn to sing live.

i think the music industry started to suffer when the poppy, pretty boy bands started coming out. they didn't have a whole lot to say and filled the air with empty space.

also, about the fifteen years ago comment. there's a ton of great music that's been released in the last fifteen- you just have to have to dig for it.
