Chicken salad, jasmine rice, and veggies cooked in meat broth, followed by 2 Hershey bars with almonds. All downed with several cups of mint/green tea.

One chicken piece from Wendy's and a small half-melted vanilla flurry (as about all that seems not to make me want to throw up right now is milk products)

For breakfast I had scrambled eggs and sausage with a glass of milk.

I'm not sure what to call it, maybe an egg and cheese sandwich or a vegetable omelet and cheese muffin? I beat two eggs, and mixed in ginger, red pepper, and garlic powder and then stirred in some onions and bell peppers. I cooked that similar to how I guess you'd make an omelet, split that into four parts. I cut two English muffins in half and put some sliced colby jack cheese on them, then placed the four egg patties on them and put them together to make two egg and cheese sandwiches or whatever.

Ditto, here. But I put boatloads of half-and-half in it, so it's sort of like food.
