Dark brown, matches my hair so I'm cool with it.

Results indeed interesting if continue to hold as blue is a Mendelian recessive.

Brown; dad's blue.

Mine are blue, as are those of my mother and father.

My eyes are blue (so are my parents) but they change depending on my mood. They go grey when I'm tired and really vibrant blue when I'm excited or aroused.

dark green or blue-green on the outside (although this part changes somewhat, at times it's more blue or more gray), and light brown around the pupil.

A closer inspection, it looks like my eyes are blue/green...

A very dark green.

As I'm Scottish, I will have some Irish ancestors.

My eyes are blue, shade tends to vary/change. Sometimes almost slate gray.

Both parents eyes are blue too, far as I know. Brother's eyes are blue, but with brown splotches.

I think mine is a greyish blue, but I also have some bits I might describe as being orange mixed in parts, I don't often see it in other people.

Blue, which can actualy change shade due to my mood if it's extreme as usual. Just depends on the mood. If it's light blue, trust me, I'm not in a good mood and would like to be left alone most definatly. If it's light blue with a nice dark ring on the edge? Don't even think about annoying me. Last time I had that look, I was in cayos mode. A nice turquise blue, on the other hand, I'm relaxed and just fine. ... come to think of it, this has got to be one way people around me can tell if I'm mad, depressed or whatever.

Wow! I'm really surprised at the amount of people that voted blue! Most people I meet have brown, I thought brown would be winning by a landslide.

Mine are mostly brown but with tinges of green so I voted hazel. (PS I am of mostly German descent. My dad, full German, had blue eyes and my mom, of mixed European descent, has the same as me)

Brown like my deceased grandfather eyes.
Both of my parents have blue eyes, though.
And the amount of people who voted blue really surprised me, as they shouldn't be a majority according to genetics.
