I just discovered the joys of Red Rooster (Louisiana hot sauce) on popcorn. It was wonderful!

If the food makes hot sauce inappropriate (Pizza for example) I liberally apply Crushed Red Pepper.

Is my favorite - I like its sort of similar to buffalo wing sauce. My girlfriend uses it on Popcorn all the time - which means I use it on popcorn all the time too! :)

I don't know how well it works with all pizzas, but I learned from my uncle that cayan pepper sauce (Red Hot) on a regular pepperoni frozen pizza (cooked first) is pretty great.

I recently picked up a bottle of this stuff out of curiosity (and the label is cool). It's not super hot, but I like the taste. As the tag attached to it said, it goes good on just about anything.

I also like that Sriracha chili sauce previously posted. "Cock Sauce" I call it... yeah, gross. But it made many a disgusting meal edible when I was living on campus last year.

awesome!
When the crop is right, I make a decent salsa out of homegrown jalapenos, tomatoes, society garlic and culantro.
