I can't wear flip-flops - the blisterpeg (that thing that sticks between your big and 2nd toe) is way too irritating.

Trainers. I've just got a great new pair of Nike's which fit perfectly, they make me a lot less clutzy than I usually am

...try sandals without the blisterpeg... I have to wear Birkenstocks, not because of any fashion sense, but because all other sandals that I've tried create huge callouses on my heels.

...but I much prefer being barefoot... and I think it's much better for you than sqeezing your feet into shoes, thereby reducing the circulation to your feet.

Sandals are ok. I'm usually barefoot too - only time I wear shoes is to go out (and if the weather's good I'll often go barefoot in my yard.) I also hate wearing socks.

But they're expensive, blah. D:

Here's an in-depth review of one of the Feelmax models: Click.
Looks like they're not the most durable. Also, their uppers are partially neoprene, which I would think to be too hot for footwear material, considering that wetsuits are also made out of it.

Good sport sandals are the shiznit. Just now, I rode a skateboard for an hour in mine.

Casually, I only wear either basketball shoes or just plain sneakers. I don't even like to wear any other type of footwear. And I'll only wear retro kicks or space-age moonboot types like the Nike Air Yeezy. I also prefer to wear high-tops and mids over low-tops because I feel like I'd break my ankles in them. Low-tops would have to really turn my head with the designs before I wear them.

Normal running shoes or cross-trainers. Nothing of a specific style like skate shoes.
