I wonder why it's so much easier for me to talk to my younger relatives than the ones of my age. I have a female cousin who's 16 and a male cousin who's 21 and I enjoy their company way more than the company of my other relatives. They seem to enjoy my company as well. Does it mean I'm juvenile?

I don't see anything to worry about.

I'm sort of similar, but my problem is I don't have any sense of age beyond the age of 18 or so. I essentially see and relate to 60 year olds and 20 year olds in the same way - I have no idea how to act my age (whatever that is).

I guess I'm just a bit sensitive today. It's not that big of a deal really but all those "act your age" and "will you come and talk to grown-ups now?" kinda got to me.
Besides it's good that at least someone likes me, right?

Someone tried to tell me that recently and I had the luxury of being able to insult them back (this was an acquaintence, not a relative),

but I know what you mean: I hate being criticized for some deficit related to my AS, the
majority of people (even other Aspies) don't recognize that what we're doing is often caused by our disability and is not some sort of choice we're making.

Have you had a chance to be with other Aspies IRL? It's great to be able to just be yourself for a change...

I saw a video on YouTube were a guy got his Mac stolen and eventually got it back by finding out when it got connected to the Internet and hacking into it. You might want to watch eBay too...

it tells a little tale about apple products.... the macbook is from 1998....... it will not boot any more... the screen hinge is loose... had Mac OS X 10.3... and is password locked...

it won't come online ever again...

it has no value to other than mac nerds like me....

i guess the burglar saw the big white apple logo... and had never seen a wallstreet before and was convinced that it was a good catch...

it will probably land in the bin when he finds out.... it has been my loyal companion for many years before it stopped working.... i even upgraded it with a G4 processor at some point... :-(

No potatoes in the house and it is a tradition for me to make mashed potatoes before my long run.
I was just yelled at for where I put my shoes.
I was also reprimanded for asking if my mom was going shopping anytime soon. :shrugs:

Discovering that my mother replaced all the Kleenex with aloe Kleenex. How can people stand this crap? When I want to wipe my runny nose, I don’t want a piece of paper cloth that’s been dipped in greasy lotion.
