Okay, see the five boxes under you username and rank? Initially they start out greyed-out, like yours (
), but gradually they fill up according to how many posts you've made. Usually it maxes out at 500 when you become a Veteran (
) and obtain Phoenix level. When you get 1,000 posts, you can change your rank title, but the post level disappears if it takes more than two lines. Because I post a lot, I figured I could use my Microsoft Paint skills to put it back and make a joke in my Avatar:
