I bought a generic and cheap dental guard to help with my teeth grinding, wore it last night, had the best sleep I've had in ages, and woke up without a sore jaw and teeth for the first time in quite a while.

I had finished up my third (out of four) summer class yesterday (3rd year anthropology class), and I just got my mark back today: A+

YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY! That made me happy!
