Why do children have to be so mean? I work as a teacher, and my students seem to HATE me. I didn't arrest them or put them in jail; they did that on their own.

My mother, who is also a schoolteacher, says that parents are to blame. She has noticed during her years working as a schoolteacher that more parents are too lenient especially if they have kids in grade school.

I've never been able to work out the emotion this piece gives me. It's very strong.

It's like I'm enraptured.
And if I'm watching dancers, it's like I'm looking through them.
And if I'm just listening, it's like I'm looking at something I can't actually see.
There's some feeling I can't place. And always at least the threat of tears.

Why can't my parents see that I don't live in their world? I never have. I was just faking and passing all that time.

I want to take a nap. That is not a good idea. I may do it anyway.

This is just my belief:
If I can afford typicality, I can ONLY afford typicality. I may not able to afford functionality because typicality does not leave room for space, time, and energy.
If I can afford functionality, I can afford more than just typicality could ever offer.

Therefore:
I went functionality NOW, typicality later. Much, MUCH laaaater.

I just really want to get a job, but I am so worried about not having any job history to list. I mean I am 28 almost 30, who wants to hire someone almost 30 with no job experience?

You could volunteer. That would give you something to fill in the blank on an application, at least. In any case, someone will hire you for something, and that will give you an opportunity to prove you can show up consistently for a prolonged period. Someone who can do that will usually qualify as a "good hire" on that basis alone. It's literally the number one thing you have to do in a job, showing up, and a shocking number of people simply can't manage it.

I'm having a good day. Playing with exiting plans in my head. For example what about taking 2 or three of the canvases I have to paint and have on my own wall. Make paintings for ME. That must be motivating, because then I can get attached to them.

Also a great idea (I think :P ) is to sometimes have cake for dinner. When I have cake for supper or even breakfast I can't eat so much, but dinner being the biggest meal of the day makes it so that I can eat MORE
The biggest challenge with this idea will be to manage to stay out of the freezer when I'm supposed to. Cake is sooo delicious that I tend to eat cake for every meal until it's finished :?
BUT, I CAN DO IT! (I hope)
