Seeing two adults having a race down the street using beach-cruiser style bicycles. I had just gotten back from a psychiatrist appointment that pissed me off, so seeing that cheered me up a little.

I'm going out, I haven't been out in a long time, getting dressed makes you tired, I can't bend my left leg too good, don't know why, getting dressed can be struggle.

Hope the new neighbours aren't back yet because I've been laughing like a maniac. Been attempting to practice embouchures with my flute again (one has to make their lips form the shape they make when pronouncing a word starting with 'P'). For some reason I've really been struggling with this first step.
Anyway, succeeded well this time but it sounds in my head like the flute is now saying 'poooooo' continuously.

My brother came over today.
We went out to Tim Hortons, and then we went to the local university to look at the art display.
The next time I see him, it will probably be in the summer (hopefully).
