I wonder if wearing a shirt grants you instant credibility for free. You'd probably also need to have a pen clipped over your breast-pocket, I think, and the sleeves all rolled up to your elbows as though you're getting down to business.

(I have to do a presentation soon, and I'm going to need all the help I can get with regards to looking credible, since I'll be stumbling and stammering through it all)

I need to buy a new broom.

I think I left my broom downstairs by the mailboxes and someone took it.

I can't find it anywhere in my apartment and the last time I was using it was to sweep out the hallways and stairs because the housekeeper hadn't done it in a while.

It's getting messy again because the leaves are falling from the sweet gum tree in our front yard.
