I've had all my grass removed and replaced with pebbles. Absolutely no more grass cutting for me... ever.

Actually, there wasn't much grass there... it was all moss and weeds. I wouldn't have minded mowing if it was real grass, but I had to shave the weeds down until they looked green and a bit grasslike. Mrs Trueno wouldn't let have fake grass... a shame as I fancied putting fake dog poo on it just to complete the effect.

I argued this point with GF but she wouldn't have it , apparently it's different in Wales.
Lawn is now done , one tiny job out of many , my GF has big plans

Never mind, tomorrow is the 28th, that's 'Eat Your Weight In Biscuits Day' (Wales included) St Biscuit should not be forgotten.

Squeee! :D I'm so looking forward to it - I've been in training for months!

A word of warning, though, please do participate safely! Don't make the mistake that I did of thinking that fig rolls are proper biscuits just because they're on the same aisle of the supermarket (I have written them a stern letter of complaint, of course). It's such a common mistake to make, and the consequences for one's toilet are enough to make even an Andrex puppy weep.
