I don't care for when people think they are better than other people because they know some technical jargon for their field or behave in an uppity manner. I can wear a tie at times if I need to speak or something, though I have never quite understood what the logic behind that piece of clothing is. Why not bunny ears or antennae as code for professional attire?

If something breaks down-- such as your car-- could you fix it, or are you stranded or dependent on others to fix it for you?

For a couple of times that my wife's car has stopped working on the road, I've been able to determine the problem and help solve it. When it stalls, I'm able to get it running again most of the time. Otherwise, I only push the four ton steel wagon off to the side of the road while I call a mechanic for advice and hope they have an answer.

Not names specifically, but etymology has been an interest throughout my life.

What do you think about constructed languages? Have you ever made an artificial system of grammar?

I really enjoyed "The Price of Water in Finistere".
