Well, it's back to work again....

do speed bumps really do anything but endanger the lives of the geriatrics who want them most?

I have a long list of things to do. I have done them, as such, but it's the kind of list I'll have to do again tomorrow, if other people don't take care of their end of the bargain.

I got an email to schedule an interview for a job using a website, but when I followed the link they did not have any slots available. How often do I check back? Is it like a radio call in, where I just keep redialing? How many slots open up at once, and how often do other people check?

Or other things. I have to fill out a handwritten application, which hurts just to think about. Writing quickly becomes physically painful for me, and it's four pages. Once I start, though, I'll want to finish. Maybe I should type into a text box, and then transcribe. That might work.

Of course, there's more. I ought to make a couple of phone calls, but I've put them off for so long that it feels really difficult. More difficult than an ordinary phone call, I mean.

I am considering things, potentially sad things, but I want to help anyway, and give as much light as I am.

Hygge. Compromises. Chores. My broken keychain.

2 days after I bought all the parts, my new system is STILL not up and running. Issues with usb have prevented me from installing the os, and it is maddening.

owie. those usually are painful for me to fill out as well, but i noticed that it is far easier for me to complete a medical questionnnaire than it is a job application, or nay other kind of strict "application".
