Its a struggle every night to go to sleep, I have to fight off bad thoughts extra hard at night when I have no videogames or music to keep my mind focused on.
Now I am just scared to get off the computer and go to bed.

I confess I made a promise to MeshGearFox to elaborate about pH & Aspies on Wednesday the fifth of September 2007

Check your pH levels. Most Aspys are under 6.0.It's dangerous. All the Calcium & Magnesium get sucked straight out of you & the're essential for your Brain & Nervous Systems.Magnesium is known as the'Great Relaxer',in some circles.

Please can you all get pH tested.I feel its the only value I can input.
I know for certain that medications have a higher efficacy in an alkaline system.
At the very least you will get the same results from lower doses.
It's very easy, just buy some Litmus paper & lick it.
I wasted 3 hours last week, writing up the whole story of 'My trip to the Kinesiologist',but the webpage expired & I lost it all.I want to 'poll' it,but don't know how

& I still haven't done so;the above are just copy & pastes.

Yog-Sothoth,try this:Take a teaspoon of pure(NO aluminium) baking soda(Sodium bicarbonate)
a tablet of Calcium carbonate
& a teaspoon of Potasium bicarbonate
once a day between meals
& tell us how you go.
I've been doing this since Sept. & have'nt
had any problems with insomnia after 30 years of it.
Doesn't do anything for the anxiety though, but everyaspys different
peace & love

also,I strongly suggest everyaspy stays the F*** away from horror, nilhism & all forms of extreme graphic content,
especially just before going to bed

I confess that I was terribly disappointed with the new Cannibal Corpse cd. I like George Fisher as a vocalist, but they were WAY better with Barnes. If you ever heard the album Tomb Of The Mutilated, you'd know what I mean. Vile was really damn good, but they started going downhill from there.
Anyway:

I'm not sure what that concoction would do, but I think chloroform would be better, I need something to just knock me the f**k out. I don't think you have a clue what these thoughts are that I have to fight off all day, but when I am lying in bed, I have nothing to distract me with and keep them away. If this stuff you are talking about will make me tired as hell and get me to sleep fast, then maybe I'll give it a shot.

Yog-Sothoth - "I'll give it a shot."
Good.
They are just common salts that alkalynise.
I read that aspys have very low systemic pH balances - under 6,which is bad.
I read it but didn't connect it with myself.
Then one day at a kinesiologist,I was required to grasp a brass rod connected to a computer.
After 20 minutes my hand was stained blue, the guy said I was so acid I was dissolving metal, checked my pH,it was 5.2 :!:

I bought some litmus paper & every day I pee on a bit in the morning & it's yellow,
take 'that concoction' & it turns purple.
:!: Everyaspy should check their pH :!:
I take a calcium/magnesium supplement too.
Sleep like a baby
which I confess Mum said I never did 8)

I confess the only reason I ever found WP was in my search for 'the cure'
I confess I gave up but I'm still searching for a way for it to be easy

I confess that even though I am a big fan of Cannibal Corpse, I still think this is funny.

I confess that, completely coincidentally, my favorite Cannibal Corpse track just happens to be Necropedophile.

The interpretation parody! That's one of the best interpretation parodys on youtube.

I confess that I've probably posted that video somewhere on WP before myself.

I'd hide under my bed for most of the day if I could fit under it.

I confess I can't feel comfortable and the last few times I have felt comfortable were for nothing... and I'd much rather have not got myself into that.

I have the hard push drive to get what I want... and surely... slowly but surely... I gotta get it.

Weekends drive my f****** mad.

I wish I could live in the College atm really... anything to keep from having to live in my house...

This situation in my mind is a f****** injustice. This year is just so f****** s***.

What good is being a soldier if there's no hope?

My sister is having a bad time, she has serious health problems, and I don't know what to do for helping her.

I confess I would kill people if that makes my sister happier.

I suggest Dune by Frank Herbert. Or, if you really want a challenge that'll make you crap your pants in fear, House of Leaves by Mark Danielewski.

Hey! Awesome! I haven't heard anybody mention that book in years. It's one of my favorites. And yes, it was probably the scariest thing I ever read, in a bizarre way.
