My bedroom being finally completed, and the bed has been made, so I will now be able to sleep in my new room, which looks great at the minute, really happy about that :D

I don't have to go out to buy chocolate milk or go without. There is chocolate milk in the building! And it's gong to go off if I don't drink it by today, giving me the perfect excuse to drink all of it.
Plus I am alone and no one is here, and no one can come back here because they are two hours away visiting relatives. Yesssss.

I recognised a destructive behaviour and stopped myself before it went any further.

I wasn't in control, but I woke up and took it.
