My CPAP machine and mask worked perfectly last night, I feel so much better, except for the fact that I am terribly bored today.

.. I think I found my own problem.

It's sort of a recursion. Of doing too well, then not doing well because of it. It's not some sudden or normal ups and downs, it's something deeper and more systemical than that.

I have yet to predict why is this... It feels like a weird cycle that my physical, emotional, and mental states, and even outside factors are somewhat irrelevant to it. Whatever 'it' is.
