My mother waking me up to make me sit and listen to her talk about some tablet thing she wants to go buy. And then her saying, "Wake up! Stop being tired! You had all night to sleep! Oh, stop pretending to go to sleep." when I was struggling to keep awake.

I just want to go lay back down and have nice fantasies and not think about life.

My depression and anxiety, and that trying to get help for these things is like playing Russian Roulette. The person brings you closer to a happier life or brings you closer to death and despair!

@ Everyone Else: What made me unhappy earlier today was my mom accusing me of using my anxiety as an "excuse" {quotation marks intentional} to ignore her when we went to the store to buy groceries.
