I've always wanted to learn the piano- it seems such a serene instrument to play.

I'm going to do everything to make sure that 2017 is the best year of my life. The Sweet Pea diet is on the top of the list. No chips, no sweets and no pop, (peas drink water instead).

As well as torturing my left hand by forcing it to become a literate tool, I have also recently become fascinated with polymer clay modelling, and growing salt/sugar crystals. The latter can turn out spectacular if you manage the temperatures properly.

to maintain my health I had to give up wheat, barley, rye and oats. also palm oil and trans fats and any white foods [pasta, white rice, flour, sugar, corn] in general.
