It is close to impossible to meet anybody new. I have tried everything.

What are your expectations when trying to find friends? What is your approach?

My expectation is a conversation. My approach is to look at somebody, and smile and hope to god they say something because nobody is smiling at me currently even when I smile at them. I don't know wtf is going on. Thanks for replying.

LOL!!

Kinda something I wanna do  for more than one (intended) purpose or reason -- yes, it's quite a headache (more like arm ache) to not see my hair sometimes. And sure, I wanna scare the crap out of everyone with that.

No need to thank me at all. I know what being without friends and trying to socialize in order establish friendships can be. I make mistakes the whole time. I thought that it is going to be different as soon as i have moved to another country, but nothing has changed. I am still talking about my interests, i am still awkward without any sense for small talk. The only thing that has changed is the language.
But we have to keep trying or it will never improve. Have you ever tried going to group meetings for people with the same hobbies? Are there certain activities you enjoy doing that could also be done with other individuals? What about an aspie-support group?

Yeah I've tried those. I don't like the type of people that show up to those groups. They're all very depressed. Just like me I guess. I guess I could try going to another one. Good idea. I tried making friends with one of the guys in my math class that I took through Alberta Health Services but we didn't have anything in common and he didn't seem like he wanted to hang out with me. There's this one guy at my work who is very friendly to me but it's not like we've even exchanged facebook's or snapchats or whatever yet. He hasn't asked for mine so I guess he doesn't want it? I don't know.

I've been into extra hiking & some trail running recently as a means of keeping the grouchy out. It's surprisingly easy to put together groups. Just gonna eat a lot today though. :P

Well, probably he is just a little awkward and doesn't know how to approach other people? What i am trying to say is that there is a possibility that you won't find out until you ask him for his contact information yourself. Math is always a good basis. Why don't you specifically look for people interested in mathematics at different universities? Or go to math-related lectures that you might like that are open to the public. I don't know how it works where you live, but there were several chances of meeting like-minded people in my country of origin. Of course, i have always been too socially inept to find some myself.

The movies I don't mind but I can't for the life of me understand what they're doing.

I start Pastry Arts classes today! Hopefully, this will make me more likely to get hired to decorate cakes and stuff so I can get a job I like and can keep. *keeps fingers crossed* :D

Yay, good for you! Best of luck. :)

Noca sounds like a good name for a dog. If I had a dog, I might name it that.

a type of girl you secretly feel fine when she's feeling fine, and you secretly feel sad when she's feeling sad, even if you personally don't know her. i don't know why this happens..

i get that feeling towards birdy the singer, although i feel like throwing a punch straight in the nose to annoying girls like ariana granday (i don't know why) her face expressions makes me want to slap her in the face.

not their attitude or anything only by just looking at their faces.

One day, I'll just buy a squeaky toy and annoy the crap out of someone.

Might as well buy a woolly merino yarn (the only dmc yarn available right now) someday... It just came here at this city less than 5 days ago. 8O At the moment, the material in this country can be only brought at my current province and at the capital.
And it's seriously expensive. But I do plan to buy one, and make something special...
