I HATE WISDOM TEETH SOMEONE SHOOT ME NOW.
I can't even bite all the way, because my new top tooth keeps pressing on the gum on the bottom one.

I have been attempting to decrease my alexithymia with mindfulness, and it is proving interesting and trying. I am more aware of emotions occurring and more aware of what they are caused by, but still entirely unable to name the vast majority of them. Indeed, I think perhaps my focus on emotions is causing me to experience them more frequently and with greater intensity. I'm not sure whether or not this is positive, negative, or neutral. I suppose it, like anything else, is something of a mixed bag.
