Aaah, finally back from DC. I'll miss all the band and orchestra kids, the rest of whom were mostly actually quite nice.

Yep, it was the best field trip in my four years of high school, but keep in mind that I've only been on 2 high school field trips.
The bus ride home was... interesting, to say the least. In a good way.

Glad you had fun then! 
I've only been on one field trip in high school, and it's only to a lecture on stem cells at a community college. Even though it was interesting, it's no Great America or Disneyland like back in junior high.

Ugh, I was supposed to take two field trips during middle school: one to an amusement park for a day and one to a camp for a week. But I was forced to stay home for both because of... PIANO EXAMS. 
I have to go to sleep early. G'night!
