I thought about trying it too. I'll do it tomorrow if it still ain't rite. I rather not take it at this time of night since it's kind of a stimulant. I have a bit of it on hand for allergies. Me & Cass's allergies have been acting up abit more than usual lately.

I hope it works for you, before I adopted the low-acidic regimen I had frequent sinus problems that were disabling.
I have bad sinus problems sometimes & GERD. I take allergy meds everyday as well as Pepcid 2wice a day.
I went to a doc on Thursday morning. There was some fuzz in my ear probably from a qTip or lint from my winter hat that covers my ears. They had to flush my ear to get it out. My ear looked OK after that except for some fluid in there. She recommended I use my nasal spray everyday for two weeks. I asked about Sudafed & she said I could take it for a few days. The doc also said it may take alittle while before my ear is better due to the trauma. My ear is still ringing & I'm not not hearing out of it rite but at least it doesn't feel stuffed up like it did before. I'm really hoping it'll get better on it's own. I cant see a doc again for a few weeks cuz we'll be leaving Wednesday to visit my family for a couple weeks.

when you say trauma do you mean the flushing? I think if it is a Eustachian tube thing, the Sudafed should help at least a bit with the hearing.

Ah, that sounds like "floaters". You need to get that checked out by an Opthalmologist ASAP.

I waited too long in 2016 (was in between dr.s, and suffered a "detached retina". The retina got permanently damaged in the left eye and I no longer have 100% peripheral vision in it.

She didn't say but maybe & it could also be cuz of having stuff lodged in there pretty deep.

I made me unhappy today, by possibly making others unhappy,
because I was afraid, because I was happy.

I've done what I could to make it right now, but I could have done better, and I know it.

I woke up and remembered. It was very stupid of me to think things had changed, would be different.

I made it out of bed today, after 6pm finally. I don't know if I'll make it out Tuesday. Hub will be home Sunday, Monday. So he'll get me through the days. What would I do without him? I think, I'm pretty sure, I'd be dead.

Why would I have thought things would be different?? They've been the same, always the same.
Breathing is hard. Not asthma, I have it, this isn't that. Just the act of breathing seems to take too much effort. I'm so depressed even my body is giving up.
I'm trying to stay awake. But it's so hard. I'm just so very tired.

too late, actual burst blood vessels [I saw the scans] in right eye, partially blind now. :nerdy: thanks to the law that said vets can't get health insurance from the exchanges so I've been without healthcare for over a year. this may well bankrupt me. at the same time, the VA dropped "category 8" who signed up after 2003, from full coverage. they took me in their ER but i'll get a big bill out of it.

There is no rock band named "Men Shoveling Chairs" and there really needs to be. And I can't do a thing about it.
