Dear Smudge, I agree on the important pancake issue. I prefer them thin and a bit crispy on the edges, rather than thick and doughey.

I love the crispy edges too, and thank you! I did a print-screen on an old Disney Hercules Print studio. It's a picture of a horse you click as you scroll through the different options. It walks as you scroll.
