Everyone needs space when we're being reminded of the dangers of living in space. Go easy on yourselves & protect your eyes.

even more exhausted lately than usual

feel it in heart

craving the sensation of eating

but bowel movements take a long time. and straining. and sometimes impatient customers waiting. and et cetera.

do not know how to cook.

should learn

but too lazy

besides fruit, it's whoppers, cereal, wontons, bread, epicurean tofu, inari sushi, yogurt. not much else

it's said that there are very few professions out there that foster narcissism more than theatre.

I couldn't agree more. The TV in Finland is completely Americanized with commercials popping up every 10 minutes. In the good old days when there was the Soviet Union, we could lean back on the couch and watch uninterrupted programs.

IDK I wish I could live in a fantasy world with wizards and dragons...that is what I really want in life, unfortunatly I don't think that is what you actually get in life. :(

Besides, the Soviet TV was not all that bad. Especially the Estonian branch had good documentaries and cultural shows.

It takes so much energy to avoid Home Depot. To do so, I have to wake up at five am, just to get the bathroom when it as empty. And avoid getting told off for wasting too much time in the bathroom.

Feel like lost cause
Exhausted all the options
Beyond repair
Too far gone

Last year, tried to tell a counselor that the counseling was  "a day late and a dollar short" :!:

And she had the nerve to tell me "you're funny"

OK that was  not  a joke

And for her to misinterpret it as a joke appeared condescending.

She was acting like she was a wise old woman and I was a child

But she is only two years older than me

What I was trying to say was that talking only goes so far. Sometimes actions are necessary. Sometimes there is nothing anyone can do to fix something. No time machine. Not enough authority legally. (A dollar short)

Sometimes talking is necessary and serves a function. But 8O actions speak louder than words :jester: . And  loose lips sink ships". :|

Hence, :D a day late and a dollar short :o

:ninja:

haven’t felt well rested like this in almost six years. was given blood pressure medication for migraines/anxiety that also causes drowsiness. instead of feeling sedated, it’s a natural tiredness.
