My boss (who is neither on the spectrum herself nor closely involved with anybody who is) ticked me off for using the word 'aspie' to describe myself, saying it could be regarded as an offensive term and that it 'wasn't right' for me to use it.

I didn’t sleep good last night, I woke up three times to go to the bathroom, my cat kept following me to the bathroom, I didn’t want her in there, she can attack me behind the shower curtain, my toilet is next to the bathtub. In the very early morning, I had to go again 
I went to the living room to sit in my chair, I had a little acid reflux, shortly later, I went back to bed at almost 8 o’clock. I got up after 10:30 to go the bathroom, I was still very physically tired, I went back to bed, I woke up at 1:15PM, Im still physically tired.

I picked up my full jar of paint water to empty it, but dropped it on the floor and made a huge mess.
I can't seem to keep anything full liquids in a room without dropping or tipping it over.
And I also bought a couple of wooden keepsake boxes to paint and decorate for my parents, but the latch on one of them is broken. So I decide to take it back to the store but now I can't find the other box, or the second one is broken now, too.
My whole body feels like it's falling apart. I lay down for a nap earlier and my knees were really hurting. I feel like I put on 50 pounds and I'm obese and disgusting.
Can't go to bed and get up like a normal human being.
It's like the whole whole world is against me. Against us.

I feel my whole body is falling apart too, my muscles in my legs & arms can hurt, my foot can be in sooo much pain, it can hurt sooo badly that I cannot stand up. It can be hard to bend my legs. At bedtime, I have trouble getting into bed & it’s more harder getting out of bed. I have trouble getting out of my chair too, I have wobbly legs. I bought a walker last week, I love my cane, but I need more support. I not very old yet, I’m 47.

The mental health care where I live is the worst. There is practically nothing here, and when there it's mainly third-rate.
There is this one guy who has been waiting for 15 months to see someone after a suicide attempt.
I haven't seen a psychiatrist for almost a year, which wouldn't really be a bad thing, considering what they're nearly always like, if I didn't have to worry about my meds running out.
The rest of the country doesn't care about us. They can't wait for everyone where I live to just die and be forgotten.
