Just eaten some grated mozzarella cheese topped tortilla crisps which I baked for a few minutes until it was all gooey.
This is Scottish style Nachos without the refried beans, pickled jalapeno peppers, peppers, salsa, guacamole, sour cream and cilantro. :wink:
