Dinner was soup made with ramen, broccoli, sardines, tomato paste and italian-ish, chili-ish spices. It's more to get vitamins K and C, omega 3 fats, and potassium, all in one meal, than for taste, but it tasted alright.

Solid white tuna with pickled beets, dressed with oil and vinegar. And some dark chocolate chips with rice cakes for dessert.
