I have a little acid reflux. When I ate dinner, I had grape juice, I put it on my end table next to me, I spilled it, it was a big mess, it got on stuff that was important :cry: :wall: :wall: :wall: :wall: When I was cleaning it up, I was hyperventilating & got hot cuz of the light, it’s a warm night :cry: :cry:

This was the beginning of the first term at my college from this year, wow
It's scary how I mention missing college to attend a clinic because that actually happened, not to me but it did at my college.
We had another intervention last week in which I addressed how I was feeling much better compared to yesterday, but people seemed to have forgotten about the fact that it's pretty hard to socialise for me and assumed that my lack of responses during conversations was me "not caring" and during lunch breaks I sometimes chill in the locker room by myself and people assumed it was because I didn't like them but the cafeteria is just one loud place that makes it hard for me to hear my own thoughts.

It shocked me because they actually pointed out they wouldn't pick me as a partner for group assignments over reasons like this.

I didn’t sleep good last night, it was too warm, i was badly itching, my nose was stuffed up, my knee was hurting & I felt really hot, I kept going to the bathroom. I went to my living room at 4:15, I went on my iPad, I fell asleep 2 hours later. I went back to my room to sleep, I woke up after 10, my body hurts, I had 2 cups of coffee to fully woke up, I’m awake now.
