My final meal was pancakes. I didn’t plan it that way.

Cinnamon and pumpkin spices, topped with honey. It was pretty good.

Macaroni beef casserole.

Having hot dogs with fried onion and mustard and a choc ice for tea.

I'm having chicken and beans tonight for my tea

A can of pineapple for lunch.

Egg, cheese & potato burrito, it’s cost over $10, I don’t get it too much..

Raw sunflower seeds

Two very nice gammon steaks with pineapple and a fruit sauce. From Marks & Spencer, not my usual port of call.

Hollands meat & potato pie for tea.

I had spaghetti O's and toast for my tea

No chips as I was not that hungry as usual of late. And I've run out of choc ices until my Asda delivery on saturday.

Shame about the choc ices.
