I bought just meat and liver for the cats, and water for myself. That should hold me for about 5 days.

Chicken madras and pilau rice

I had pillow rice too. But I had chilli con carne with mine. Out of a tin of course.

I'll probably make a pan of chilli in the next few weeks. I use a jar of hot chilli sauce, a tin of chilli beans and some lean beef mince. Have it with basmati rice. I freeze what's left in bags to reheat in the microwave.
