I had some precooked turkey sausage, straight from the package, no microwave. Yes, they were thawed.

Also, I had a hamburger with mayo and Frank's hot wing sauce. Served on one of them new 'sandwich thins'. They don't have too many carbs. It wasn't very good. Very ickish as a matter of fact!
