how to troubleshoot this diet, without feeling so lethargic or losing weight. the gastroenterologist said to eliminate wheat, dairy, egg, soy, fish/shellfish, and nuts, and then slowly reintroduce one at a time to see which are problematic. supposed to see an allergist too... just not sure when.

already troubleshot most of those already, so it’s almost obvious except for egg, because they were had with toast and cheese, or soy chorizo and flour tortillas. already knew about nuts because they’re the worst offender(can eat one cashew without bother... and no one eats just one cashew.) along with wholewheat, and don’t eat enough shellfish to worry.

so that leaves knowing dairy can be had in moderation like a few pieces of cheese, a few spoons of yogurt, or a glass of milk per day... soy is fine in cooking with tamari, but tofu/miso is too much, and fish... never had a problem with it.

noodles are probably the hardest to accept, as most asian noodles bought pre-made use wheat... except for rice noodles. even the buckwheat noodles in the cupboard, their first ingredient is wheat.

also, the last expansion for “nioh” is supposed to come out tomorrow. should probably update the ps4 to see what the expansions are like... haven’t played it since march, but have the digital edition with season pass, so that could be interesting(never finished it in order to save it for later.).

I have to talk to people about leaving projects and I am scared because I never really have done it before, especially with people I don't know so well but their schedules are getting in the way of my college's schedule and the college assignments are top priority.
I also need internship credits, twice the amount from last year and I am scared about repeating the year again even though I just started. Next year is gonna be even worse with more hours but I hope I can get some neat internships during my time at college.
Still, talking about leaving isn't easy for me but I did get into a Performing Arts major because of it and I love it here :U

Some precious lil "people" give out condescending lil compliments. Like the previous counselor had the nerve to tell me "I know you're smart". It's like wtf

She told me in a condescending lil tone

Like she was doing me a personal favor by telling me

But if everyone is "smart", then what is so great about being "smart"?

The other thing was that she just expected me to believe whatever she had the nerve to me









Seriously it is much better to not have a counselor, than go to the wrong counselor
