My favorite time to go for a walk is when it is cool and raining lightly (up to moderately if I have an umbrella and am not trying to manage both an umbrella and a dog leash at the same time). Even outside of the season of endless lawn machinery racket during clear daylight hours, though the fact that most people don’t want to do yard work in the rain is a nice bonus.

Banana and oat smoothies are delicious. I would try chia seeds but I’m not that adventurous.

Chia seeds don’t really have much flavor, though they might affect the texture. I haven’t had them in a smoothie, but I have had them in other things and tried a pinch by themselves to see what they tasted like.

My biggest pet peeve is people blowing their noses at tables. I came to a restaurant to eat. It’s gross, loud and people stare. Just go to the bathroom to evacuate your snot.

I bruise easily and because I have crappy spatial awareness I bump into things a lot. As a result, I look like I'm part leopard due to all of my bruise 'spots'.
