Realizing I'm not the one with a realistic look on reality and that other people are more realistic than me is hard to cope with. I know I'm not alone in that. I typed that out to let go of some feelings.

Here is the meeting agenda for tomorrow night's meeting. I feel like throwing up. Why would I put myself in that position? They actually say that I don't get a rebuttal. Wtf? So I'm pretty much guilty with no way to defend myself. Then he says that the proxies and notice and agenda were sent out on time according to bylaws. My lawyer said it was to be sent out by mail within 5 days - no computer. I just want to go to sleep and not wake up.

Meeting Agenda and Schedule

1. Roll called to determine quorum (Proxies received and verified)
2. Proof of notice of meeting
("I hereby CERTIFY that the Notice and Agenda for the Special Meeting were sent timely as set out in the Declaration and Bylaws. Signed, Jerry")
3. Waiving of the reading of minutes of preceding meeting
4. Petitioner's Motion for the removal of Angela from the Board of Directors presented.
5. Discussion.
A. There shall be no discussion regarding personal
attacks, only matters relative to Angela ability to serve as a board member in the
future.
There shall be no rebuttals.
Comments are limited to three minutes.
B. Petitioners comments.
C. Owner’s comments supporting petitioner
D. Angela's comments
E. Owner’s comments supporting Angela
6. Vote taken- total votes present at meeting plus proxies tabulated
7. Discussion of term limits for board members
8. Adjournment

there's a time for you to comment. i'd prepare the comment with your lawyer. doing just that with my comments to the nursing board got me my license.
