The Imperium were able to use very advanced technology from the ring against the Pedes and the Pedes were defeated in that sector. With their new weapons tested against the Pedes, they were getting a strong military force built back up.

Anubis heard of this Ring weapon and sent forces to obtain control of it.

The Imperium and the Covenant started to build a huge fortification/defense area around the ringworld. The stronghold around the world far surpassed the fortifications at Cadia.

Anubis' forces headed towards the ringworld at hellish velocities.

With the Imperium finishing the defences, it would be hard to break through, and if an enemy did, the costs would be great.

Meanwhile, the SuperPedes have effectively destroyed the regular Pedes. The regular Pedes sent spores very far away at the last minute so that they can rebuild and evolve to be able to fight against their creation. The SuperPedes, on the other hand, prepared to set their sights on the others....

The Imperium and the Covenant, realizing that the SuperPedes were a greater threat sent out a proposal for an alliance, the proposal is as follows:

We have been fighting each other, we couldn't gain an upperhand over the other and many were lost in the conflicts between our forces, right now, there is a more powerful enemy that will only grow stronger unless something is done, we should put aside our differences and fight the more important enemy, the SuperPedes.

Anubis' forces fired a constant barrage upon the ringworld. Anubis himself was soon to come.

What Anubis didn't know was that the Celcians were using the ships as decoys to bring out Anubis. The Celcians then fired their long range gravatonic cannons at all of Anubis' ships in existance and obliterated them with one short burst.

The battle continued, fighters flew around the bigger ships with swiftness and brought death on swift wings, warships traded shots and many were destroyed, and many a boarding craft was sent to the enemy by each side. It was a fierce battle indeed.

The SuperPedes, now having biological and technological aspects of all enemies involved, begin to make priorities and prepared for the following:

1. Assimilate the Ring

2. Invade Anubis's homeworld

3. Take over the Universe.

The Imperium having all technology scavengable from the ring proceeded to fire upon it and the ring was destroyed.

Anubis' forces sent many warp bombs to destroy the attacking Celcian forces. The bombs could be used to take out graviton fire as well.

Too bad Celcia used their long range gravatonic cannons so Anubis has no freaking clue where the cannonfire came from.

With the ringworld destroyed, all of the Imperium/Covenant forces slipspaced into an unexplored part of the galaxy.

The SuperPedes sent two major forces, one toward Anubis's homeworld, the other to the ring and the Covenant-Imperium alliance. These swarms were huge! The attack on Anubis's homeworld would include multiple attacks on their already scattered defenses.
