There once was a king who loved trying new foods and promised he'd give half his kingdom's riches to anyone who brought him a delicious new kind of fruit. Soon there was a long line up of people in the throne room, and the king tasted their fruits but couldn't decide which he liked best. Then a little peasant boy brought him a basket full of shriveled little black thing. They didn't look very appetizing but when the king tried them he said, "These are most delicious fruits I've ever eaten! What are they called, my child?" "Raisins, Your Majesty." the boy replied. The King said, "Very well then. I'll give you half my kingdom's riches, as long as you bring me a basket of these raisins every day."
And so, every day the little boy brought the king his raisins and the king happily ate them. This went on for about a year. But then one day the boy came to the king looking very sad and tearful, and instead of raisins he had a basket of peaches. The king tried them anyway and said, "Why, they're delicious. But why didn't you bring me the raisins?"
"My pet pet rabbit just died, Your Majesty." said the little boy. "She can't make any more."
