Mine has an unfortunate veterinary event in the morning, of which she's currently unaware.

The last supper has been administered.

She's a girl. So it's the laser beam slice and conehead extravaganza.

No big sleeps forthcoming here, thank goodness.

My cat only ever had an ingrown claw. Hopefully goes okay. :(

He had collar on after paw was clipped. Was dazed and confused. Kept walking past door frames knocking edges with his collar. All disturbed. After hour or so. Eventually had to take the thing off. Soon as I took it off. (disregarding orders. It was supposed to be on or days. ) Immediate passed out, fell asleep. I think it was the stress. And the subsequent relief.

My one year old kitty got spayed last winter and she walked backward for the first night, because she was so stoned.

I use a handmade quilted fabric cone with velcro. It even works if it flips downward over their shoulders.

We're facing two weeks keeping her away from both other cats and unable to jump or climb on anything -- which means she'll be living in her baby tent for 14 days.

This won't be pretty.

She'll be swinging from the mesh roof by night one, I'm sure.

Hero - no sorry, I mean she has started fasting already.

Cats really hate this collars. I did it a favour by ending the torture.

I made a judgment call. I could see it was in distress. SO i just ripped the thing off. Spur of the moment.

Whenever I watch a video that has guinea pigs wheeking in it my cat Lucky comes over and starts meowing. I don't know if she wants to eat them or is jealous of me watching other cute animals.
