When I put stuff in a bag & if you have more room, you can twist the bag in two, then tie it, then the bag won’t have an opening.

I use energy drinks to celebrate holidays and it's not a good habit.

I've got to accept my reality and stick with tea. I'm not as much of a Canadian as the rest of my family.

A ZL-1 engine cost US$4,0001 in 1969.

A base model Camaro cost $2,727 MSRP in 19692, meaning the top-of-the-line engine cost more than the car it was installed in by a significant margin.

Today I've learned what a piece of work some assistant workers can be. I'm about to lose a friend because of her worker.

In the past, asthma was considered a psychiatric condition caused by "refrigerator mothers".

In sweat coins app, my two-way 2-3 block walks is an easily 1k step... Which can amount to 8-12 minutes long.

Since I cannot test it immediately due to the weather...
... This means I habitually do like over 8k+ steps by my own guestimate. Like over 1-3 hrs a day.

 And the average recommended goal is below around 3.6k.

I don't need to be like the rest of my family. I need to be true to myself.

Learned ....not to trust ...? immediate family .... very nearly took my life ..and ruined it several times in my existence ,whenever ,I made good for myself in any way.....now late in life .. it is rare , i share my successes with anyone...
Makes it hard to get to be proud of yourself or brag about your successes, But being safe in yourself and whatever you have for possessions needs to matter too.. I feel .

I learned that change doesn't happen over night.
